We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. For most commercial projects we'll schedule a free site visit within 2–4 days, then deliver a detailed written scope and fixed-price quote within 48 hours of the visit.
Do you work on residential projects?+
Our primary focus is commercial, but we take on high-end residential projects — particularly Venetian Plaster and decorative finishes for luxury homes. We don't do standard house painting. If you're unsure, submit the brief and we'll let you know honestly.
What's included in your quote?+
Every McPherson quote includes a full written scope: surface preparation methodology, product specifications (brand, grade, coats), access and scheduling requirements, a definitive timeline and a fixed price. No vague line items and no hidden add-ons.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?+
Yes. After-hours and weekend scheduling is standard practice for retail, hospitality and strata projects where daytime disruption isn't possible. Mention it in your brief and we'll factor it into the scope from the outset.
How much does Venetian Plaster cost?+
Pricing varies by finish type (matte to high-gloss Marmorino mirror), substrate condition and space complexity. As a guide, commercial Venetian Plaster typically starts from $150–$300/m² for the finish coat alone, excluding preparation. We'll give you a precise fixed price after the site visit.
What is Acosorb and why is McPherson the only installer?+
Acosorb is a Dutch acoustic spray and plaster system achieving NRC ratings up to 0.95 — significantly better than standard ceiling tiles. McPherson entered an exclusive partnership with the Netherlands manufacturer and completed formal certification, making us the sole licensed Australian installer.
